We calculate a quotation and delivery date based on the information provided on the inquiry form.
We are glad to take requests such as reference books (terminology, dictionaries, literatures, theses, related books, etc.), previous articles and conditions for translation. - Order placement

If you accept our quotation and other conditions proposed by us,
we will proceed to sign a formal agreement upon receipt of the order.
*Should you require us to exchange official documents such as purchase order and invoice, please let us know in advance. - Delivery

We will send you deliverables by midnight of the appointed date and have you check the documents.
For unresolved remarks and other doubts, we will respond to your inquiries with the best of intentions.
